4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.2 Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in full before access to course materials is granted
• All prices are listed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment processing is handled securely through third-party providers
• We reserve the right to change course prices with 30 days notice

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available within 14 days of course purchase if no course materials have been accessed
• Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis

7. Course Access and Completion

7.1 Access Duration

Students have access to course materials for the duration of the course plus an additional 6 months after course completion for review purposes.

7.2 Course Completion

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements, including assignments and assessments.

8. Limitation of Liability

1W OÜ's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance or updates.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Termination
